      皮肤创面尤其是慢性创面,不仅给患者带来巨大痛苦,也造成沉重的医疗负担。传统皮肤创面的评估方法依赖医护人员主观判断,存在效率低、主观性强等不足。近年来,人工智能技术凭借高效处理信息、精准分析数据的优势,已被逐步应用于皮肤创面评估。本文从多方面阐述人工智能技术在创面评估中的应用,重点梳理人工智能用于创面组织类型识别、创面面积与深度测量等领域的应用现状。本文分析了人工智能在皮肤创面评估中的应用现状及进展,旨在为皮肤创面领域相关医护人员提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Skin wounds, especially chronic wounds, not only cause great pain to patients, but also impose a heavy medical burden. The traditional evaluation method for skin wounds relies on subjective judgment by medical staff, which has problems such as low efficiency and strong subjectivity. In recent years, artificial intelligence technology has gradually been applied to skin wound assessment due to its advantages of efficient information processing and precise data analysis. This article elaborates on the application of artificial intelligence technology in wound assessment from multiple perspectives, with a focus on reviewing the current status of artificial intelligence applications in wound tissue type recognition and wound area and depth measurement. Meanwhile, this article analyzes the challenges faced in current technological applications and the potential for future development, aiming to provide reference for healthcare professionals in the field of skin wounds.
