Clavicle fracture is one of the most common fractures in the clinic, and the main treatment methods are conservative treatment and surgery. Conservative treatment has problems such as fracture non-union, residual pain, shoulder function recovery and crossing, and surgical treatment has become the leading role. In recent years, clavicle fracture and its postoperative complications, especially peripheral nerve injury, have attracted more and more attention. The supraclavicular nerve, brachial plexus and suprascapular nerve are the main nerves around the clavicle. Fracture irritation and nerve damage during surgery can lead to numbness of the middle and distal clavicle and shoulder skin, lrestriction of shoulder joint movement, upper limb muscle atrophy, deformity of hand appearance, and so on The symptoms of nerve injury do not occur immediately, but gradually appear in the long-term follow-up after treatment, and its concealment makes the treatment more difficult. This study summarized the cases and treatment methods of concomitant nerve injury after clavicle fractures at home and abroad, and provided new ideas for improving the treatment of clavicle fractures and preventing nerve injury. |
