      脊髓损伤治疗是临床中的一个重大挑战。传统的手术和药物治疗并不能从根本上解决神经再生的问题,同时达不到理想的疗效。相比之下,使用生物材料作为递送系统来装载干细胞、药物和生长因子的组织工程研究近年来备受关注,水凝胶是一种高含水量的三维网状结构,具有生物相容性、可降解性、可调节性等优点。由于其作为递送系统具有独特的优势,可以克服手术治疗、药物治疗和细胞治疗的局限性,为脊髓损伤的治疗开辟了良好的前景。现就水凝胶的分类及其在脊髓损伤治疗的机制和应用等方面进行综述,以期为脊髓损伤的治疗提供新思路。
英文摘要:
      The treatment of spinal cord injury is a major clinical challenge. Traditional surgery and drug treatment cannot fundamentally solve the problem of nerve regeneration, and at the same time fail to achieve ideal curative effects. In contrast, tissue engineering research using biomaterials as delivery systems to load stem cells, drugs, and growth factors has attracted much attention in recent years. Hydrogel is a three-dimensional network structure with high water content that is biocompatible, it has advantages such as degradability and adjustability; due to its unique advantages as a delivery system, it can overcome the limitations of surgical treatment, drug treatment and cell therapy, opening up good prospects for the treatment of spinal cord injury. This article will review the classification of hydrogels, as well as their mechanisms and applications in the treatment of spinal cord injury, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of spinal cord injury.
