| 软骨损伤是骨关节炎（osteoarthritis, OA）发病过程中最重要的病理机制。目前用于软骨损伤修复的策略包括药物治疗和手术治疗，但均存在局限性。近年来，功能化水凝胶因其独特的理化性质和生物特性，在软骨修复领域显示出巨大潜力。本文综述了水凝胶的分类及功能化水凝胶在OA软骨修复中的应用，包括作为支架材料、细胞递送载体和药物递送载体等角色，并对其未来在软骨修复中的发展前景进行展望。 |

| Cartilage damage is the most important pathological mechanism in the development of osteoarthritis (OA). Current strategies to repair cartilage injuries include drug therapy and surgical treatment, both of which have limitations. In recent years, functional hydrogels have shown great potential in the field of cartilage repair due to their unique physicochemical properties and biological characteristics. This article reviews the classification of hydrogels and the application of functional hydrogels in OA cartilage repair, including their roles as scaffold materials, cell delivery vehicles, and drug delivery carriers, and looks forward to their future prospects in cartilage repair. |
