| 踝关节骨关节炎（osteoarthritis, OA）是一种慢性退行性疾病，主要表现为关节软骨的持续退化，进而引起疼痛和活动能力下降。踝关节OA患者比膝关节OA患者更年轻，对于活动能力的需求相对更多，早期治疗尤为关键。虽然踝关节OA不如膝关节和髋关节OA常见，但终末期踝关节OA对患者生活质量的影响不亚于终末期髋关节OA。因此，踝关节OA的阶梯化治疗至关重要，包括早期的非手术治疗，保守治疗无效后的保踝手术，终末期的全踝关节置换术或踝关节融合术。 |

| Ankle osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic degenerative disease characterized by progressive degeneration of articular cartilage, resulting in pain and reduced mobility. Ankle OA patients are younger and have relatively greater mobility needs than knee OA patients, and early treatment is particularly important. Although ankle OA is less common than knee and hip OA, end-stage ankle OA has no less impact on patient quality of life than end-stage hip OA. Therefore, the stepwise treatment of ankle OA is crucial, starting with non-surgical treatment in the early stages. This includes early-stage non-operative treatment, ankle preservation surgery after failure of conservative treatment, and total ankle arthroplasty or ankle arthrodesis in end-stage disease. |
