      人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)及其子集机器学习(machine learning, ML)和深度学习(deep learning, DL)已广泛应用在骨科疾病临床诊断、手术治疗方案决策、术中智能导航辅助、预后预测、康复护理等方面。目前,人工智能在足踝外科的应用主要体现在骨折、拇外翻、肌腱病变、运动损伤等疾病的影像识别与分析,以及风险评估与预后判断。但大多数模型为内部验证,缺乏外部验证。但同时需要有更好的性能和外部验证的模型,以确保模型的准确性和可靠性。本研究讨论了人工智能在足部和踝关节疾病中的应用、局限性和未来前景。
英文摘要:
      Artificial intelligence (AI) and its subfields machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) have been widely applied in the clinical diagnosis of orthopaedic diseases, surgical treatment planning, intraoperative intelligent navigation assistance, prognosis prediction, rehabilitation care, and other areas. Currently, the applications of AI in foot and ankle surgery are mainly reflected in the imaging recognition and analysis of fractures, hallux valgus, tendon disorders, sports injuries, and other conditions, as well as in risk assessment and prognosis prediction. However, most models are internally validated and external validation is lacking. There is a need for models with better performance and external validation to ensure accuracy and reliability. This study discusses the applications, limitations, and future prospects of AI in foot and ankle diseases.
