| 膝关节单髁置换术（unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, UKA）是治疗膝关节终末期骨性关节炎的重要手术方法。近些年，随着UKA的广泛应用与材料技术的发展，UKA单独应用于膝关节内侧与外侧间室的良好临床疗效，使外科医师重新开始对双间室膝关节单髁置换术（bi-unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, BI-UKA）展开研究。本文就一期BI-UKA与传统TKA相比治疗双间室膝骨性关节炎的潜在优势与技术挑战作一综述，旨在提高临床医师对BI-UKA的认识，为双间室膝骨性关节炎的患者治疗方案提供参考。 |

| Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) is an important surgical method for the treatment of end-stage osteoarthritis of the knee. In recent years, with the widespread application of UKA and the development of material technology, the excellent clinical efficacy of UKA in the medial or lateral compartment of the knee joint has led surgeons to restudy bi-unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (BI-UKA). This article provides a review of the potential advantages and technical challenges of single-stage BI-UKA compared to traditional TKA in the treatment of double compartment knee osteoarthritis. The aim is to improve physicians' understanding of BI-UKA and provide a reference for treatment plans for patients with double compartment knee osteoarthritis. |
