      人工合成骨修复材料是最近一百余年间随着医学、材料学、生命科学等多学科领域的创新融合而建立起来,并处于知识和理论体系不断完善、技术和产品快速发展和变革之中的一门新兴交叉学科领域。与术中取自体骨、同种异体骨、异种骨等临床传统且较常用的植骨方式和材料相比,人工合成骨修复材料具有来源广泛、理化性质可调、免疫排异和疾病传播风险低等显著优势,材料的生物相容性、仿生特性、骨传导性、骨诱导性也在不断得到改进并接近天然骨,逐渐成为临床植骨手术应用中的主要选择之一。本篇综述从我国临床植骨的实际需求展开分析,对骨修复材料的发展特点和我国的相关产品及临床使用现状进行了综述,对人工合成骨修复材料的分类和性能特点进行了详细说明,对几种典型人工合成骨修复材料在多个医疗领域的临床应用做了详细介绍,并对人工合成骨修复材料的未来技术发展路径做出了归纳和展望。

      Artificial bone graft substitutes belong to a novel interdisciplinary field established with innovation and fusion of medical science, materials science, life science, and so on in recent hundred years. In this field, the knowledge and theoretical systems have been being constantly developed, and related technologies and products have been being rapidly improved and upgraded. Compared to conventional autologous, allogeneic, or xenogeneic bone grafts, artificial bone graft substitutes possess obvious advantages of unlimited sources, adjustable physical and chemical properties, low immune rejection and disease transmission risks. Biocompatibility,biomimetic properties,osteoconductivity, and osteoinductivity of the materials are continuously improved and approaching the natural bone and therefore artificial bone graft substitutes are gradually becoming one of the major options for bone grafting in clinical applications. This review analyzes the actual needs of clinical bone grafting in China, summarizes the development characteristics of bone repair materials, relevant products and clinical application status in China, describes in detail the classification and performance characteristics of synthetic bone repair materials, and introduces in detail the clinical application of several typical synthetic bone repair materials in many medical fields, and concluded and prospected the future technical development path of synthetic bone repair materials.
