Clavicular fracture is a common fracture. In recent years, with the development of economy and medical technology, the purpose of treatment tends to make patients return to society more quickly, and the operation is more minimally invasive. This paper reviews the literature of clavicle fracture in recent 5 years, and reviews the treatment of clavicle fracture at present. 1/3 of middle clavicle fractures tend to use intramedullary fixation, B and C fractures tend to use bridging plate fixation; 1/3 of lateral clavicle fractures tend to use Endobouton technology to reconstruct coracoclavicular ligament; 1/3 of medial fractures tend to use lateral locking plate for medial use. In the future, the treatment trend of clavicular fracture will continue to focus on patients' faster return to society and minimally invasive surgery. |
