      目的 探讨全螺纹无头加压空心螺钉修复胫骨远端三平面骨折的临床疗效。方法 2017年11月至2018年8月,本院采用全螺纹无头加压空心螺钉修复胫骨远端三平面骨折患者12例。患者术前均行X线正侧位片、CT检查,均行切开复位全螺纹无头加压空心螺钉内固定,随访观察患者骨折愈合及踝关节功能恢复情况。结果 所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6 ~12个月。骨折均愈合,无内固定松动及骨折再移位等并发症,末次随访时按美国足踝外科医师协会﹙American orthopaedic foot and ankle society,AOFAS﹚踝-后足评分系统评分: 优8例,良4例,中0例,差0例,优良率100%。结论 全螺纹无头加压空心螺钉治疗胫骨远端三平面骨折,创伤小,并发症少,固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,疗效好,可以为胫骨远端三平面骨折的治疗提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the clinical effect of full thread headless hollow compression screw in the treatment of distal tibial triplane fracture. Methods From November 2017 to August 2018, 12 patients with distal tibial triplane fracture were treated with full thread headless hollow compression screw. Before treatment, all patients were subjected to ankle anterioposterior, lateral X-ray films and CT examination. All the patients received open reduction and internal fixation with full thread headless hollow compression screw. After treatment, fracture healing and the ankle joint function recovery were observed during follow-up. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. Fractures were healed. No loosening or fracture redisplacement occurred. The results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 0 case, and poor in 0 case, and the excellent and good rate was 100% according to American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS) at the last follow-up. Conclusion The full thread headless hollow compression screw is effective in the treatment of distal tibia triplane fracture. It’s little trauma, less complications, firm fixation, early functional exercises, and good repair effects. So, it can provide reference for the treatment of distal tibia triplane fractures.
