      目的 比较硼酸盐生物玻璃与自体髂骨移植对新西兰兔桡骨大段骨缺损的修复效果。方法 取38只新西兰兔,制作桡骨干15mm骨缺损动物模型,并将其随机分为空白组(8只)、对照组(15只)和实验组(15只),对照组和实验组分别植入自体髂骨和硼酸盐生物玻璃(borate glass, BG)。术后4、8和12周行X线检查,观察材料的降解和新生骨生成情况。术后6周和9周分别腹腔注射茜素红和钙黄绿素。术后12周取材行组织学和micro-CT检查。结果 影像学和组织学结果显示对照组和实验组新骨生成明显优于空白组,12周后对照组和实验组新骨完全修复缺损;实验组材料降解与新骨生成协调进行;术后12周缺损处组织学切片显示,对照组和实验组缺损处有大量的新生骨组织。结论 硼酸盐生物玻璃可完全修复兔桡骨干大段骨缺损,其修复效果与自体髂骨移植接近,在骨组织工程领域有广阔的应用前景。

      Objective Compare the effect of borate glass and autogenous iliac bone on repairing segmental radius bone defects in New Zealand rabbits. Methods Thirty-eight New Zealand rabbits 15mm radius bone defect were created. The rabbits were randomly divided into blank group (8 rabbits), control group (15 rabbits) and experiment group (15 rabbits). The control group and experimental group were implanted with autogenous iliac bone and borate glass (BG), respectively. X-ray examination was performed at 4, 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively to observe the degradation of materials and the formation of new bone. Alizarin red and calcein were intraperitoneally injected 6 and 9 weeks postoperatively. Histological examination and micro-CT examination were taken at 12 weeks postoperatively. Results The imaging results showed that the new bone formation in control group and experiment group was superior to that in blank group. After 12 weeks, the new bone completely repaired the defect in control group and experiment group. The material degradation and new bone formation was coordinated in experiment group. Histological sections showed that there were a lot of new bone formation in control group and experiment group at 12 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion Borate glass can completely repair large bone defect of radial shaft in rabbits, the repair effect is close to that of autologous iliac bone graft, and it has broad application prospects in bone tissue engineering.
