| Objective To analyze the method,effects and attention of allogeneic cancellous bone used in repairing bone defect after the operation of jaw cyst.Methods From November 2013 to August 2017,30 patients with jaw cysts were selected from the inpatients of our department.the bone defect after the operation was repaired by allogeneic cancellous bone and the healing was observed.Results In 20 cases of maxillary bone cysts,there was not 1 case of infection.In 10 cases of mandibular bone cysts, there were 3 cases of infection and the infection rate was 30%, and 1 case was found the wound opened after remove the suture.Conclusion the repairing of bone defect in maxillary bone cyst with allogeneic cancellous bone was received the good effect. it is recommended to wide application. However, for mandibular bone cysts, the risk of wound infection is high and the application should be cautious. |
