Objective To explore the clinical application of styloid process bone flap with stylus recurrent branch of radial artery in the treatment of nonunion of scaphoid bone fracture in Qinghai province. Methods To retrospectively collect 20 cases of non-union patients who were hospitalized in the first people's hospital of xining city from Mar 2015 to May 2017 as experimental group, extract from Jan 2008 to Jul 2014 in our hospital treated with iliac bone graft gram needle fixation for the hand of the scaphoid fracture nonunion with complete follow-up data recorded patients 32 cases as control group. Giving the same treatment, postoperative follow-up for half a year, evaluate Cooney wrist score, ROM, fracture healing, and statistical analysis with the SPSS16.0. Results ①Cooney score: postoperative 1 week, 3 months, 6 months, the experimental group Cooney score is better than that of control group (1 week: t=-0.421, P=0.675; 3 month: t=2.978, P=0.04; 6 month: t=3.890, P=0.00); ②ROM: There was no significant difference in ROM between the experimental group and the control group postoperative 3 months, 6 months (experiment group: F=3.532, P=0.000; control group: F=3.996, P=0.000), the two groups of ROM were gradually improved after operation, The comparison was statistically significant (3 month: t=0.236, P=0.814; 6 month: t=0.786, P=0.436); ③Fracture healing: the experimental fracture healing is better than that of control group after operation 6 months, compared with statistical significance (3 month: 2=2.480, P=0.160; 6 month: 2=3.900, P=0.040). Conclusion It is of great clinical value to treat the fracture nonunion of scaphoid bone fracture by using the radial artery of the radial artery and the bone flap. |
