| 目的评估经皮椎间孔镜（Transforaminal endoscopic spine system, TESSYS）治疗腰椎间盘突出症并神经根孔狭窄的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年6月~2015年12月因腰椎间盘突出并神经根孔狭窄行TESSYS的患者76 例和传统经椎间孔椎体间融合（TLIF）手术患者51 例，对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间，术前与术后3 个月的VAS和腰椎JOA 评分，通过 MacNab功能评价标准评估临床疗效。结果TESSYS组的手术时间显著低于TLIF组（P<0.05），TESSYS组的出血量显著低于TLIF组（P<0.01）。TESSYS组患者的住院时间显著低于TLIF组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01），两组之间术前及术后3月的VAS和JOA 评分差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），两组优良率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论TESSYS治疗腰椎间盘突出症并神经根孔狭窄的临床疗效与TILF手术相当，且手术出血少、住院时间短，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic spine system （TESSYS） for lumbar disc herniation with nerve root foramen stenosis. Methods A retrospective analysis in Jun 2014 to Dec 2015 which included 76 cases underwent TESSYS and 51 cases underwent traditional intervertebral foramen vertebrae fusion（TLIF）due to lumbar disc herniation with nerve root foramen stenosis. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay time, and preoperative and postoperative for 3 months of VAS and lumbar JOA scores were compared between the two groups. And the clinical curative effect was evaluated by the MacNab function evaluation standard. Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of TESSYS group were significantly lower than TLIF group（P< 0.05）. The TESSYS group of patients had less hospitalization time than TLIF group, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）. The preoperative and postoperative VAS and JOA score between the two groups had no statistical difference（P>0.05）. The excellent and good rate had no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion TESSYS operation for lumbar disc herniation with nerve root foramen stenosis had an equal clinical effect compare to TILF surgery, which with less bleeding, shorter hospitalization time, which worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
