| At present, postoperative cervical neck, shoulder and back pain, stiffness, muscle tension, acid swelling and limited activity and other discomfort are called axial symptoms clinically. There is no unified standard for evaluation criteria and influencing factors of axial symptoms after cervical spine surgery. In the past, the most studied factors are the cervical surgery methods, and the correlation between cervical imaging evaluation indexes and postoperative axial symptoms has been a hot topic for spinal surgeons in recent years. Postoperative axial symptoms caused by the choice of cervical surgery method and the change of most cervical imaging evaluation indexes may be related to the mechanical environment and motion mode change of soft tissue structures such as posterior cervical muscles and ligaments. The soft tissue such as posterior cervical muscles and ligaments is correlated with the imaging evaluation indexes of cervical spine. In order to further analyze the factors related to postoperative AS, it is necessary to combine them and consider them as a whole. |
